We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of the fault or damage

  • Your order number

Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll issue a full refund or arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).

  • Fault must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or general dissatisfaction.
